Welcome to Alliance 360, LLC (“Alliance 360,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all transactions and purchases made via www.a360hub.com and any associated checkout pages, including digital products, coaching programs, memberships/subscriptions, workshops, vendor programs, and events.

1) Scope of Application

These Terms apply to every sale or service we provide. By placing an order through www.a360hub.com,invoice, or other authorized channels, you accept these Terms in full.

2) Age Restrictions

• You must be at least 18 to purchase coaching, memberships, or event tickets.

• Ages 16–17 may purchase downloadable digital products with parental/guardian consent.

• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16; such data will be deleted upon discovery.

3) Orders

• Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details.

• Orders are subject to our acceptance and may be canceled/refunded at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error).

4) Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.

• Applicable sales/use tax may be charged based on your location and law.

5) Payment

• Payment is due in full at the time purchase unless a written plan is offered.

• We accept major cards and online processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).

• Failed payments may pause or terminate access until resolved.

6) Delivery of Digital Products & Services

• Digital items are delivered by email/account access after payment.

• Coaching/membership access is granted per your confirmation and plan.

• If physical goods are ever offered, shipping rates and timelines will be shown at checkout.

7) Refunds, Cancellations & No Chargeback

• Digital products: all sales are final once access is granted.

• Coaching: non-refundable once sessions are booked; rescheduling requires 24-hour notice.

• Memberships: non-refundable; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us at [email protected].

8) Privacy

9) Intellectual Property
