Refund Policy

Scope
Covers coaching programs, memberships, VIP intensives, and digital products sold by Alliance 360, LLC.

Coaching Programs (12-Week / 6-Month):

  • 7-day cooling-off period or until the first coaching session occurs, whichever comes first. Full refund within that window upon written request.
  • After your first session or after 7 days (whichever occurs first), tuition is non-refundable.
  • Payment plans: all scheduled installments remain due per your agreement.

Memberships / Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • No pro-rated refunds for partial months.

VIP Strategy Intensives:

  • Reschedule with 72-hours’ notice at no fee (one reschedule allowed).
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the session: 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Digital Products (workbooks, journals, templates):

  • Due to instant access, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted/duplicate purchase occurs, contact us within 7 days for a working replacement or store credit.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

  • Please email us first so we can help. Unresolved disputes may be contested with signed agreements, portal access logs, and communications.
